Youth Action Council Facilitator (Contract Position)

East Granby Youth Services is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated facilitator to lead the Middle School Youth Action Council (YAC), a group of students passionate about leadership and community service. The facilitator will guide youth in developing leadership skills, planning service projects, and engaging in meaningful volunteer experiences that positively impact their community. This position requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire and connect with middle school students.
This part-time, academic year contract position (approximately 100 hours) pays $25/hour and requires after-school, evening, and occasional weekend availability. A bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, recreation, or a related field is preferred.
