East Granby is a small community with a population of approximately 5,256 people. East Granby is located in North Central Connecticut with close proximity to Interstate 91 and Bradley International Airport. Housing in East Granby is desirable with a highly ranked school district and ample recreational opportunities which contribute to a high quality of life.

East Granby is committed to encouraging thoughtful development both residentially and commercially. East Granby is part of the Bradley Development League and the Bradley Airport Development Zone Program which may provide incentives to certain types of development within the Airport Zone. The Town has recently adopted a Tax and Business Incentive Program. The purpose of the Tax and Business Incentive Program (the “Program”) is to attract new businesses to the Town, promote expansion of existing businesses (including home-based businesses relocating into commercial and industrial zones), and to encourage rehabilitation and reuse of vacant commercial and industrial buildings.
