The Board of Assessment Appeals will meet in open session at the East Granby Town Hall on Monday, September 23, 2024, from 6pm to 7pm for the sole purpose of hearing appeals related to the assessment of motor vehicles listed on the October 2023 Grand List. No appointments are needed. Vehicles in question should be driven to the Town Hall parking lot.
Please note that the assessment date for these vehicles was October 1, 2023; and that the State of Connecticut requires that assessments used are according to the values and guidelines set forth in the October 2023 J.D. Power pricing guide.
