The Town of East Granby has completed the State Mandated Revaluation for the 2023 Grand List. In the next few days you will receive an impact notice informing you of what the new assessment of your property is. I encourage all residents to verify the information we have on your property at

Residents having questions about the valuation or incorrect information on their property record should schedule a hearing with Vision Government Solutions by either calling 1-888-4300 or by visiting their website at www.vgsi.com/schedules and click on East Granby CT Hearings. Hearings must be scheduled within 5 days of receipt of notice.
PLEASE DO NOT USE CURRENT MILL RATE TO CALCULATE NEW TAXES. The mill rate will be set by the Board of Finance in the spring/summer of 2024.
