Meets Annually in March and September
Description
The Board of Assessment Appeals meets in March of every year to hear real estate, personal property, and motor vehicle assessment appeals. Applications are required as hearings are by appointment only. They are available herein and must be returned to, and be physically at, the Assessor’s Office by February 20, 2024.
Motor Vehicle appeals are also heard in September. There is no application or appointment necessary. Taxes on these vehicles should be paid in full when due to avoid an interest penalty.
